 15 yard roll off delivered for dry wall disposal.

Sunday morning group of deer in the east end of property grazing.

Found termite signs in a few 2x4 support frame studs. Looks like termite may have been in the wood at time of construction. No other wood has termite. The studs were removed.

No nut on the bolts holding this wall to the foundation and to the brick wall. Poor quality control from the builder at that time. Never know what lurks behind those wall that the home buyer is unaware of.
